Studio le Dahut Details

Studio le Dahut is a ground floor studio to sleep up to 4 people. It is based in the Planchamp area of Champagny, a quiet area of tourist residences, hotels and private residences.

It is an ideal location only 100 metres away from the main ski lift in Champagny and just 150 metres away from the village centre where you will find the majority of shops, bars and restaurants.

We totally refurbished the studio when we purchased it it to a high standard initially in order to rent out, we keep it regularly maintained and ensure it is thoroughly cleaned after each rental or home swap.

The south facing studio is on the ground floor and has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. It has direct access to a large grassed area, ideal for a family in Summer.

The studio layout comprises

Living room with seating and foldaway dining table for 4. A king size and single sofa bed
Kitchenette with fridge, small freezer, oven, microwave oven, 3 ceramic hotplates, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and good quality cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Separate WC.
Bathroom with bath and shower.
Separate sleeping area with bunk beds and 2 storage cupboards
Direct access to the large grassed area.

Equipment

The studio comes fully equipped including:-

LCD TV.
Bluetooth speaker.
Mobile phone charging rack.
USB sockets to charge smartphones and laptops.
Wifi is available (small charge depending on usage)
A selection of CDs and DVDs.
PS2 and games.
A selection of board games and books available upon request.
Hairdryer, iron, clothes dryers.

All quilts, pillows, mattress covers are provided for both rentals and home swaps. Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost for rentals and home swaps.

We provide cleaning equipment and materials if you wish to clean after your stay or we can clean for you at extra cost.

We are normally available to meet and greet you at the start of your stay, explaining how to operate the appliances in the studio and will normally be available if you need any assistance or advice.

There is parking available outside the studio building and covered parking in the village centre.

There is a large ski locker in the basement where you can safely store all your equipment.

For those who prefer not to cook, meals can be taken at the highly regarded hotel les Glieres which is right next to the studio building or visit one of the other 8 restaurants in the village.
